When I upload my calories, do I need to enter in what I do for exercise?

You will need to enter your activities during those times when your are not wearing your bodybugg. The bodybugg very accurately calculates your calories expenditure. And while it's best to wear your armband all day, there are times that you will need to remove it, such as during a shower, when you bathe, or take a swim. During your upload, the system will ask you what you were doing if you were not wearing your armband for longer than 30 minutes during your wake time. Remember though, you're still burning calories even when you're showering and especially when swimming.
