I can see how my calories are made up for the day under nutrition but is there anyway to see how each meal was made up?

Yes there is. Go to My Results page, click on the nutrition link on the left and on this screen you will notice where your calories came from Also, notice "Nutrients for Logged Meals", it defaults to "all" but you can click on any meal that you've logged to see how an individual meal was made up.
