I am an American Muslim and every year during Ramadan, month of fasting, I lose between 10-15 lbs. At the end of the fast, I quickly gain back about 15-20 lbs. How can end my fast without being heavier than before I started?

Your body wants to reclaim that weight you lost, and more if possible, because weight loss is unnatural to the body.

1. Ive fasted once a week for about 3 months on just bread and water.. it was not easy but it helps "clean" you out and makes you realize how attached to food you really are, or how attached you are to alot of addictions...
