I started at 307 lbs and I'm down to 259 lbs. I've still got about 40 lbs to go. But it's not just about losing weight; it's about getting healthy, eating better, and most of all feeling better. In the 20 weeks I've been on the bodybugg I have lost 48 lbs. I went backwards in May a little when I went home to Kentucky for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary party. I gained 8 lbs from that good southern cooking (I mean in my family gravy is served as a beverage!). So far I've lost 3 inches off my chest and 6 inches off my waist. I used to wear a size 46, but now I'm wearing size 40 and I have to say they're starting to get loose! I've learned a lot about myself, but I must also say I've learned a lot about food, calories, and how to push my body to the limit. I have a really great personal trainer (Jacki Cameron) who I work with at Performax Gym in Clearfield, Utah. The bodybugg has been very convenient because I can download my calories burned, build my own menus and trade out foods. Don't get me started on all the great snacks that Apex has to offer, such as ranch Potato Crisps with only 100 calories, and the best snack bars. My favorite bar is one that my trainer referred to me-the cookies and cream bar that only has 210 calories. The most unbelievable thing is that the foods taste great! Not like pressed cardboard. The Double Chocolate Drink Mix is also very good. I started at 307 lbs and I'm down to 259 lbs. I've still got about 40 lbs to go-it's a work in progress. But it's not just about losing weight; it's about getting healthy, eating better, and most of all feeling better. I turn 40 years old in August and I hope to be down to 240 lbs. I'm getting there with the help of Apex Fitness and my trainer, Jacki, and all the great people at Performax Gym. Starting weight: 307 lbs
Current weight: 259 lbs
Goal weight: 210 lbs
