I started working out at Gold's Gym with a trainer about one year before the bodybugg™ had come about. I wish I would have had this wonderful device at the start as it takes all the guess work out. I did however get results by working closely with my trainer and devoting a lot of hard work to my body. When I purchased the bodybugg™ in August 2004 I was able to speed up my goal and fine tune my results. It wasn't long before I could see and feel the difference with my body thanks to the help of the bodybugg™. When I started my exercise program I was 37% body fat and weighed in at 142 pounds. I went down to 14% body fat and weighing in at 111 pounds. I feel better at the age of 47 then I did in my 20's. I was so impressed with the bodybugg™ that I bought one for my daughter. She has had incredible results also. The best part about getting fit is being able to help others see they can do it too. I have helped a lot of people over the last 4 years as Gold's Gym has used my before and after pictures as a visual for new gym clients.
