bodybugg, along with the personal awareness and accountability it facilitates, has changed my life, and perhaps saved it. I was not feeling well and was frustrated with the vicious cycle of trying to exercise more to lose more only to experience pain and injury with little success. I believe the Lord was calling me to make a change, and through my fitness club, Pyramids Sportime in Greensboro, NC, bodybugg became the means He would use to restore my health. Pyramids members and staff became an immediate source of encouragement and support. Sixty-eight pounds later, along with a twice altered wardrobe, I am well on my way to the goal of losing 80 pounds. I've maintained my current weight for the past two months, and am going for another 10 pounds at the beginning of the New Year. I started December 12, 2005, and will not quit until the goal is realized. Moving from a suit size 54 to a 46, pants size 48 to 40, and neck size 22 to 18.5 is proof enough for me. bodybugg is the best money I have ever spent, and its returns are priceless and continuous. Family, friends, co-workers and church members are amazed. Starting weight: 304.5 lbs. Starting body fat: 33% Current weight: 235 lbs. Current body fat: 24.4%
