Christopher Carman: The bodybugg program is very easy to follow and simple.

I used to be a typical overweight individual. I had all the excuses why I could not lose weight. . . no time to eat properly, no time to exercise, no money to join a gym. You name it I had a rational reason why I could not lose weight.

All that changed when I joined my local Lifestyle Family Fitness Gym in Bradenton, Florida, and I got involved with my Personal Trainer, Ed Sturm Jr. I was introduced to the bodybugg Program after asking him one day what that new gadget was on his upper right arm that he was wearing.
