Throughout my life I have always been active, enjoying all kinds of exercise and physical activity. However, a few months ago, I decided to start working out every day in order to dramatically improve my appearance and the way I feel. During August 2007, I unknowingly made a life changing decision when I decided to begin going to the gym regularly. My trainer Masayo Copeland, of 24-Hour Fitness in Honolulu, mentioned that the Honolulu Paradise Cup Figure Competition was being held in the near future on November 2nd, 2007, and that it would be a good experience for me to compete.
