I brought home the gold in the novice short class and 2nd in the open short class, but then I actually got bumped up to first overall in the novice due to the winner being disqualified for testing positive for illegal substances.  I had a great time doing the competition and I'll always remember it.  What a rush it was to be up on stage!  It's worth all the hard work and dieting.   I want to start by saying thanks, Apex, for sponsoring me.  The Apex products undoubtedly gave me a huge edge that I used to help get ready for the competition. 

To prepare for the competition I used MAX Whey Drink Mix, MAX Volumizer, MAX Anabolic Amino Xtreme, MAX NO Xtreme, and Fat Burn 2 and 3.  The MAX Whey Drink Mix was probably my favorite by far, especially when I had to cut my carbs down towards the end of the competition!!  I will be competing again next spring in Des Moines--this is a much larger competition and I feel I'll do very well.  I've already started to train harder for this one.  I feel that if I continue to use your help I'll be in a much better position to win.  Again I thank Apex so much for the help and support!!
