Nutritional Products

Any unopened items purchased from myapex.com may be returned, within 30 days, from the date of purchase to the Apex return. The items must be unopened, in original Apex packaging, unmarked, and in good saleable condition. If you did not purchase your items from myapex.com, please contact the retailer where you originally purchased Apex products for their return and refund policy.

bodybugg & bodybugg Accessories

Any unopened items purchased from myapex.com may be returned, within 90 days, from the date of purchase to the Apex return address. The items must be unopened, in original Apex packaging, unmarked, and in good saleable condition. If you did not purchase your items from myapex.com, please contact the retailer where you originally purchased either the bodybugg system or bodybugg accessories for their return and refund policy.

Opened and used bodybugg "programs", including web-only, can be returned, within 30 days, from date of order/or/activation date of armband. The bodybugg return should include the bodybugg armband, USB cable, and the digital display if purchased as a bundle with one sale price.
Opened and used bodybugg accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Instructions & Information:

To return, please pack the merchandise in secure packaging with the following information:

  • Your name, address, and the original order number on a piece of paper, or include a copy of the original packing list.
  • Please indicate that this is a "Return" and identify the items being returned.
  • Address the package to:

Ship pre-paid using the carrier of your choice; however, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking options in order to prevent your package from getting lost as we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please note that we do not accept C.O.D shipments.

Once our warehouse has received your return, we will refund the credit card used for the original transaction less shipping and any applicable tariffs and taxes. If the items being refunded were received defective, Apex will refund the cost of shipping. Please allow at least 1to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Items returned to Apex that are outside of the stated policy will not receive a refund and will not be returned to the consumer.

Items that have been opened or are Clearance/Discontinued/ or Stock liquidation items are considered 'final sales' and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for a full refund or replacement.

In the event you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Apex Customer Service within 30 days of your delivery. Please have your order number, account details, and information about the damages or defect. If the item is a bodybugg product/accessory, a tech support ticket number confirming the defective status is required. An Apex Customer Service Representative will set up a return of the defective item(s) while coordinating a refund or replacement.

bodybugg Web Subscription Sales

bodybugg web subscription sales are final and not subject to refund, exchange, or transfer. If you have a recurring monthly web-subscription and wish to cancel, please visit our FAQ at http://my.apexfitness.com/vip/help_bodybugg.php for instructions on how to cancel or contact an Apex Customer Service Representative for assistance.

Apex does not allow holds to be placed on the bodybugg program for general program suspension, vacations, unexpected trips, or any other typical life occurrences. Once purchased, bodybugg web subscription time is to be used at the discretion of the account holder and in the manner that best suits the user. We are not responsible for personal computer glitches, or internet provider service interruptions and we do not credit additional time under these circumstances. However, we do support the following exceptions:

  • Medical Disability: You must provide Apex Customer Service with verification from your physician stating that your medical disability will prevent you from using the online program and for how long. The minimum term for a medical extension is three (3) months and the maximum is six (6) months.

  • Active Duty Military Transfer or Long Term Voluntary Assignment: You must provide Apex Fitness with a copy of your transfer, deployment orders or orders for your voluntary assignment. There is no minimum or maximum limit for missionary assignment hold. The maximum amount of time available for hold will be equal to the amount of time on the account at the time your request is approved.

  • Temporary International Employment Transfer: You must provide Apex Fitness with verification from your employer, written on company letterhead, that you are being temporarily transferred outside of the United States including the duration of the transfer. The minimum term for a temporary employment transfer extension is three (1) months and the maximum extension is six (3) months.

Account Hold Notice:

You must provide at least thirty (30) days notice for a hold/extension request on your account to allow Apex Fitness to review and process your request. If your request doesn't fall under the membership hold policy exceptions, we will notify you that your request has been denied and your account time will remain as is. Additionally, exceptional approvals will only be granted providing your request is made in advance. You will not be given time to your account that has not already been paid for. As web-time is "pre-paid" and the account cannot be frozen, approved time less than or equal to what is left on the account at the time of request (not to exceed stated allowed time) is what will be extended to the account. We do not give "free" time for holds. Web subscription time will be added to the account as an extension to the existing time and for the amount approved.

No Other Holds Allowed: Apex will not allow any holds that do not comply with the foregoing policies.

Web Subscription Time Compensation

If you have received time to your account as the result of a warranty replacement or club promotional offer, that time is considered a concession and is added to the existing pre-paid time on your account. Receiving promotional or compensatory web subscription time does not change the web subscription policy and does not make you eligible for a refund on pre-paid time.

MYAPEX Account Abandonment Policy

Apex ships orders in good faith, based on the consumer's order creation and scheduling of product needs, under the Apex to Your Door recurring order program. In the event an account holder sets up a recurring monthly order and neglects to cancel the order when no longer wanted, and instead refuses and/or returns orders 2 months and more consecutively, Apex will cancel the monthly order in place of the consumer and received returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee and credit will be less shipping costs and handling fees.

In the event an account holder has moved and did not update the address on the monthly recurring order, Apex accepts no responsibility for orders not received and credit or replacement for un-received shipments, under these conditions, will not be extended. Account holders alone are responsible for updating their account and order details, which is not limited to their shipping needs & arrangements. The myapex account is not managed by Apex or any affiliated Apex club or Fit Professional/ Trainer. bodybugg recurring renewal: It is the customer's responsibility to cancel a recurring monthly web-subscription for the bodybugg program. Credits and/or refunds are not available for months predating any request to cancel.

Credit Card Chargebacks

In the event you choose to challenge the charges on your credit card with your issuing bank, and are awarded a refund to your credit card, this does not relieve your obligation to Apex. Apex will pursue any and all changes we see valid, and will do, through other means.




Order Placement/Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 - 48 business hours from receipt of order confirmation, except during holidays, promotional offers, and peak business seasons, where we may experience delays. Apex does not offer same day shipment.

Order processing time does not include the shipping time from when the package leaves our facility and arrives at your destination. Apex has a premier business relationship with UPS and offers their ground and expedited services to our consumers.

UPS Ground services generally take 1-5 business days and are traceable online the day after they've collected your package from our warehouse. Additionally 2 and 3 day expedited services are calculated starting the day after UPS receives your package from Apex. Delivery for overnight shipments should occur the following business day from package collection.

UPS does not ship on weekends or the following holidays. For more information, please visit UPS at www.ups.com.

International Shipping/ APO & FPO

Currently, we do not offer shipments outside the United States and are unable to facilitate shipments to APO and FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
